We collect only what we need: contact information you provide through our contact, demo and trial signup forms (name, email, company, and — where you choose to give them — country, phone number, fleet details and operator codes). We use this to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you request. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Trial eligibility checks

Free trials are offered to aircraft operators, so when you request one we check the organisation behind your email address. This means querying public DNS records for your email domain and retrieving the publicly available content of that domain's website, which we assess — with the assistance of an automated language model — to determine whether the organisation operates aircraft. We record the outcome and the evidence for it alongside your request so that a member of our team can review the decision.

Only publicly accessible information about the organisation is used. No attempt is made to identify you personally beyond the details you supply on the form, and we send a confirmation link to the address you give in order to verify that it belongs to you.

Storage and your rights

Data is stored on secure infrastructure within the European Union. As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@simpfly.aero.
