Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Simpfly's website and software products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Simpfly OÜ provides flight operations software on a SaaS basis. Specific product terms, including commercial conditions and service level commitments, are set out in individual subscription agreements.

Free trials

Free trials of the Flight Brief Suite run for 30 days from activation and require no payment method. Access ends automatically when the trial period expires; no charge is made and there is nothing to cancel.

Trials are offered to aircraft operators — airlines, charter operators, cargo and business aviation operators. We verify eligibility before opening an account, and may decline, review or end a trial at our discretion. Trial accounts are for evaluation of the service and may not be used to provide services to third parties or to benchmark the product on behalf of a competitor.

Certain capabilities are configured for each operator individually and are not part of a trial: flight planning system integration, escape routes, and airport charges.

Operational use

The Flight Brief Suite supports operational decision-making. It does not replace the operator's own procedures, the pilot-in-command's authority, or any obligation to consult official aeronautical information sources. Where the service cannot complete a check, it states so explicitly rather than presenting the result as satisfactory; users must not treat an unavailable check as an assurance. During a free trial the service is provided as-is, without service level commitments.

All intellectual property rights in Simpfly's software and content remain with Simpfly OÜ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
