Flight Brief Suite turns live operational data into one structured brief for each flight. It brings together NOTAMs, weather, airspace risk and airport data for the departure, destination and alternates, and checks them against the aircraft that is actually flying. Crews and OCC work from the same picture before every departure.
Threats first
The brief is built on Threat and Error Management (TEM). Threats come first, ranked by phase of flight and severity, so crews spend their time deciding how to manage them — not searching for them.
What is in every brief
- Flight risk map — the route, with the Flight Information Regions it crosses shaded by risk.
- Operational snapshot — the key risks for the flight in one view: what changed, what is unresolved, what needs a decision before departure.
- Airspace and FIR risk — active restrictions and risk zones along the route, graded from caution to no-fly.
- Airport brief — departure, destination and alternates, with weather, runway data and decoded NOTAMs.
- Airport suitability — pavement bearing, runway width, slope, elevation and rescue category, checked against the aircraft on the flight.
Nothing to install
Flight Brief Suite is web-based. There is no software to install and no new hardware. Briefs export to PDF for loading into the EFB, and the system works alongside the operator's existing tools.
